My mother, who has a mental illness, preordered for the wrong date. The store manager wasn't helpful at all, very rude, and told me there was nothing they could do for me. The customer service rep was great!

Didnt look well enough for my meal when I first got there and asked for it and it was there the whole time, out of tea. Actually, the machine wasnt even plugged in and nobody knew how to fix it.

Wrong fries. They gave me that sugar salt, nasty stuff, and I had requested Parmesan, and none of the corn ball things. They said they were out when I brought it to their attention but they couldve offered me a substitution. By the time everything got resolved I was in that store 40 minutes, which is ridiculous and I left with no food.

I requested a refund some teenager Came up to take a screenshot of my order. Im sure I will never see it, but I will also never go back not to mention the pictures I submitted earlier or how nasty Dirty that place is

Awful custumer service

First-time customer and last time at Wingstop (Mount Prospect, IL). The customer service was extremely poor.

At first, I thought the location was closed because the lights were off and there were no customers inside - noon time. When I approached the counter, the employee was extremely busy on his phone texting and appeared completely uninterested in taking my lunch order for two. When he finally took the order, I asked a simple question: does the meal come with a drink? At this point, he gave me one cup, and he walked away as if he hadn't heard me.

I addressed that I ordered two meals; should I get two cups? He gave me a second cup, as if doing me a huge favor. I then addressed his use of his phone while on the job and his lack of attention to customers. His response was a dismissive shoulder shrug, clearly indicating he didn't care.

The food itself was nothing special, and overall the experience left me very uncomfortable.

This was disappointing and not what I expect from a restaurant. I hope he didn't do anything to the food that could harm my elderly mom and me.

I don’t believe for one second you were uncomfortable upon leaving with your order. Blowhards that address phone usage with an employee are incapable of feeling uncomfortable.

They are entitled, arrogant and self-centered. Uncomfortable doesn’t exist in that world.

" I asked a simple question" How to say that I'm one of the worst customers around and am pro P I T A. We see this phrase from people who THINK that they matter to anyone.

If you looked at the menu, you would see that it comes with a drink but you wanted to be a bother because you didn't get a 5 star treatment in a wing joint. Why you went into a place with no lights on is beyond me.

More than likely, this person was on the phone trying to get someone to come in after I'm sure half if not all of their staff called off or just didn't show up. I can safely say that you will NOT be missed.

Thanks to WingStop now I am bigger than a hot air balloon but instead of hot air I am full of hot wings! Its too bad that doesnt make me fly in the sky though!

Im always afraid to pop a Cheek-Squeak because it might blow *** in my jeans after too many of their wings. Plus mine are strong enough to clear out a football stadium! I know I have to be moved around with a forklift now and sometimes that wont work either and they have to use a crane. Sometimes they even use me as a wrecking ball now too!

If I added up all my WingStop receipts it would be larger than the National Debt! This one time my belly button even went from an inny to an outty!

WingStop tastes so good! I just cant get enough of it!

Now I weigh over a thousand pounds and cant even get out of bed! Thank you Lord for the gift of DoorDash!

My only complaint is that now I cant wipe my own A55!!! Oh well, who cares anyway, am I right or am I right?

Complaint about service

I ordered a service and your company doesn't have it available, so I had to drive to get my order an hour and thirty minutes later. Needless to say, the food was cold, and I had them remake it, and they had no corporate information.

When I get there, they are taking so long, like they have no job to do. Then, when I get there, it's like 25 minutes to opening, and they are still telling me they haven't even cooked my two meal deals that I ordered.

So now it's 10 minutes to closing, and they are just giving me what they want.

The chicken was bloody still. 10/4/2025 @ 11:56, and I spent 65 dollars.

Went in to place order a very young cashier with braids and glasses at the E Bert Kouns store in Shreveport, LA was very unattending took my order three times laughed that a spider had crawled into my hair didnt warn me just stood there laughing another employee came out the back helped me shake my hair out employee called someone on the phone proceeded to laugh after entering my card she would not make eye contact when giving my receipt as and drink cup because I told her it was serious matter spiders are poisonous I could die or be seriously infected or could be possibly bitten she said well Im goofy I laugh at everything her co worker even told her nothing was funny had to take my braids out in which Ive only had for 2 weeks and paid $300 to make sure the spider wasnt in there hiding

Harassment and police impersonation, order never fixed

I have emailed, called, left a review, contacted them through Facebook. No actual reply and my issue was never resolved. Very disappointed, the customer service is terrible.

Absolutely horrible experience, Ive NEVER received worse customer service in my life. Tried to give them a chance to correct it and never heard back.

I get it, its Wingstop, I dont expect to write home about great service but the new Sugarloaf/Duluth location has THE WORST manager. Shaquwan Simmons threatened me and impersonated the police over the phone. Even texted me from his own cell phone to harass me. My husband later stopped by to confront him and he was aggressive with my husband as well.

He then got his name and the store owner/operators name. I cannot stress that neither of us raised our voice and I never even got an opportunity to inform them of our order issue it was straight to police impersonation and outlandish threats.
This was actually our 3rd time ordering at this location. I placed my order online for pickup - when I realized there was an issue with our order I decided to call the store. The first time I called they answered the phone saying This is Gwinnett County Police, what you need?

I was confused and said I was trying to call the Wingstop on Sugarloaf. He told me not to call there again and hung up. I was confused and looked up the number on the website and called back. He then yelled at me to stop playing on the phone that he knew where I lived and that he was going to send someone over.

I was then confused and startled. Then he called from his personal number and threaten me again. I have never been reverse prank called before.. and it was honestly scary.

He also texted me using my first and last name saying he was going to have the police out to my house. Again, I never even had a chance to speak with anyone calmly about my issue, it was straight to yelling threats and hanging up. He is unhinged and needs to be replaced and retrained immediately. I was really looking forward to having this location so close, but will not order from Wingstop again.
Our family member is in law enforcement and even suggested we file a police report.

I wanted to give them a chance to correct the issue, but besides a generic Facebook message they have never apologized or responded.

Terrible service. Very disappointing how they dont business.

I ordered online at 6:20 PM. It stated the order would be ready 6:38-6:40.

I got to the restaurant at 6:39. I asked about my order, and they told me it would take 15 minutes. So I went back to my vehicle and waited. I got back into the restaurant and asked for my order again.

The employee at the register stated they were bagging my order. I waited another 15 minutes and asked again. She then proceeded to tell me they were bagging it! So I waited about 10 more minutes, and they finally brought me my order.

Employees and management were just laughing and talking among themselves, not acknowledging the rest of the customers. There were about 12 of us in the lobby, all waiting for online orders and had been there over 30 minutes each. I am livid! What is the point of ordering online if they are still going to take almost an hour to get orders out?

I am very disappointed in the service and management. No sorry, no I apologize on her part. Very unprofessional!

The boneless wings were super small. I understand they were busy, but at least acknowledge the guests and let us know it will take long.

If you want to get a refund RETURN THE FOOD.

15 minutes times two plus “about” 10 minutes after arriving one minute early is “about” 39 minutes of waiting not one hour. (Not excusing it).

If you kept food you were displeased with and did not return it uneaten, that is not a loss. That is disappointment and a lack of action to recoup money on your part.

Since you did not act, you had no loss. Again, that just left you disappointed.

People who cannot afford to eat out often ask for a refund. They do not know that that there are soup kitchens and shelters that can help them.
